I’m a Brooklyn-based woodworker and the founder of Timber Grip BK. My journey into woodworking began in 2019 as a creative outlet alongside my career in the Film & Television industry, where I worked as a grip. When the pandemic brought production to a halt, I found myself with time, tools, and a growing passion for working with my hands in a new way.
Woodworking quickly evolved from a hobby into a passion. I immersed myself in the craft, taking classes at the local community woodshop, experimenting with design, and slowly building out my studio space. The name Timber Grip BK reflects both sides of my creative path—my background in the physical, behind-the-scenes work of filmmaking, and my love for woodworking.
